When your company needs a new strategy, the Management team typically goes off to work on the strategy for a period of time. When back in the office, the strategy is launched and the strategy is implemented.

 

BUT, is it really implemented?

Many strategies die either immediately or soon after launch because employees simply do not know what to do with it. 

They continue to work as they normally do – sure, they put in some effort to adapt – the intention is good.

When we work with implementation of strategy, we base our work on how the individual employee identifies him or herself with the new strategy.

If we are not part of the strategy process with Management, we make sure to spend time with Management to fully understand the Company’s strategy before we launch our series of workshops (depending on the size of the company) to truly embed the strategy with employees.
