Malene Hald Pedersen has worked with management and leadership in international companies and has extensive global experience from positions such as Vice President, Managing Director and Board member. She has been charged with integration of employees as a result of M&A activities, working actively to integrate mission, vision and values into processes and initiatives to ensure employee buy-in.
